About the author:
Remya Rajkumar is an English teacher by profession. Her love for stories made her to try hand in making an orchestra with words in a hope that one day her words will find a tune, and her stories a new music. Scarred is her debut novel where the main focus is to bring into light a much less talked about topic, marital rape. This is a humble attempt to let people know the mental trauma of woman who goes through domestic violence and how much it takes to find oneself and liberated from the pain of the past.
