Heidrun Budde

Dr. Heidrun Budde was born in the GDR in 1954. After studying law at the Martin Luther University Halle/Wittenberg, she worked as in-house counsel in industry and completed a PhD thesis on international maritime law. From 1992 to March 2020, Dr. Budde worked as an assistant professor at the Faculty of Law of the University of Rostock.
