Srimad Bhagwat Puran Part 9 Dynasties

The blood of kings is but a passing stream,

A brief appearance in a cosmic dream;

Yet noble lines preserve the ancient way,

Until the Lord Himself joins the display.

The Solar King, Lord Rama, takes His stand,

To bring the rule of Virtue to the land;

From Puru down to Yadu’s royal name,

The stage is set for Krishna's holy flame.
