The Great Captain

This is a fictional tale told through the eyes of a boy whom Sir Walter Raleigh 'adopted' when he was just three years old. Raleigh named the boy Wat after his own son. The story recounts Wat's life and his adventures and describes the great affection shown by Sir Walter towards him.
