Constitution of the State of Minnesota — 1876 Version

This work presents the 1876 version of the Constitution of the State of Minnesota. Three amendments were proposed that year, of which only two got approval. They were: to authorize the governor to veto items of appropriation bills and to allow district judges to sit on the supreme bench when supreme court justices were disqualified.
