Young Robin Hood

The famous 'robber of the rich to give to the poor' is the subject of George Manville Fenn's novel "Young Robin Hood". After a visit to his aunt's house, young Robin is given into the hands of his uncle David to escort him back to his parents' house. But as they ride through the forest, they are suddenly attacked by a band of robbers. In the ensuing confusion, they two are separated and Robin is left in the woods all alone. As he sits there waiting to be rescued, he suddenly finds himself in the middle of a herd of pigs that seem quite hungry…
