How to Say No

Have you ever said "yes," when you actually meant "no"? Have you bought something you did not want, simply because you could not say "no" to the seller? That is common. This happens often in the life of any person. "NO" is one of the hardest words to say, especially to people we like, like friends, family and spouses.
