The illusion of Loneliness

There's a big difference between being alone and feeling lonely. We can live alone and be happy, or we can have plenty of friends and still feel lonely. We can feel like something is still missing regardless of what we have. At the end of the day, we can see how we just miss ourselves. What are my favorite things that I used to do before I got older, what past experiences changed me to become who I am now?
