Constitution of Palestine

The Constitution of Palestine by the Palestinian National Authority is an account of the Palestinian National Charter. This document was adopted on 28 May 1964, establishing the Palestine Liberation Organization in Jerusalem. Excerpt: "The Palestinian National Covenant or Palestinian National Charter is the covenant or charter of the Palestine Liberation Organization (PLO).
