The seven cacao beans

Venezuela, 1830. Three friends share a single wish: to choose their own fate. But when Estela, the mayor’s daughter, is promised to a stranger, a cacao bean she receives as a gift transforms her. A scandal at the church doors is inevitable — and Estela vanishes. To find her in the forbidden forest, Victoria and Adelina will have to defy the rules of their village, their own families, and those who will stop at nothing to bring her home.
